Back then. a brand new unit cost 5.5-6.2K

For a 5 year old bike. From bike shop. anything from 3-4K inclusive of everything estimated.

I might be wrong. But do check out with the bike shop. That is my rough estimate.

Thanks a lot

If I am looking for this bike, with only 3 years left of COE. How much will it cost?

I got the bike for $3000 with 8 years left in the COE. Not bad. Fuel consumption damn nice. But I wanna change the fairing and the head to look like a Unicorn Dazzler...

Anyone know where can find?

Well this is a long thread so i thought i would come to it late...and late in life!!...İ am 51 and just returned to bike ownership with the purchase of a new cbf150 2014 model.

My difficulty is that İ am English but live in Turkey and İ can't understand the dealer i bought it off so my questions are quite fundamental!!

About running in, first.......so far i have owned it 6 weeks and only covered 200 kms....do i need to change the oil???. İ have kept below 50kmph (4000 revs) which is causing danger as i get stuck amongst the taxi buses and lorries!!....can i go faster???

My motorcycle friend says the first major service should be done at 500kms but the dealer told my wife 1000kms...who is right?

on a different matter...there is a riding light that is continually on as soon as ther ignition is turned on....is this normal or can it be turned off to preserve battery life?

İ have returned to biking after 30 years away from them and i am shocked how basic the bike feels for a new machine.....no thrills and basic equipment....i hope the engine quality for longevity proves better than the bikes back then!!...cheers
