What are considered illegal?

Hi guys I'm a new rider of x1-r, just got my 2b few weeks back. I know there's a lot of accessories for cub bikes especially. I'm planning to accessories my bike but I would first like to know what's considered illagal and whats not. I heard racing footrest is illegal? What other common accessories are illegal? And where's a good place in sg where i can doll up my bike without spending too much? Is wingyap recommended? Thanks!
