mind listing out the breakdown of your cost so that we can see? but yeah, COE is quite high now (one of the reasons why i bought second hand rather than first hand), and insurance for younger people quite killer (i assume yours is fire and theft)...

he onli told me the price is 7500 plus adding my bro as sub rider the insurance is 659 so total is 8159 . . .

 

the insurance is for fire and theft

Not sure if this sold liao or not but you can give them a call.

Ok, I've never bought a new bike from a bike shop and the only bike i bought from a bike shop was a vintage one from Ah Joo's shop. and since it's so old, there's nothing to break down (as long as the bike doesn't break down, *chuckles*).

 

but i thought maybe new bike, they might have given a breakdown. but i guess maybe they don't. Anyway, my guess is that your machine price should be around 6.2k considering COE is around 1.2k.

 

anyone knows whether the going machine price for LX150 now?

 

but anyway, Natsumi, don't think so much abt the price. what's most important now, is that you enjoy your vespa. and maybe since you're a new rider, you should get to know some of the "old birds" around here. they can give you tips on maintenance and motordiams. yeah, join us on this coming friday's outing! *chuckles* i'm also newbie to this group. looking forward to see the rest

oh, sure thing, i'm from the east as well, from hougang in fact. the west is also quite confusing sometimes to me, but i just check street directory before i go off.

i only knew the way to temasek poly from my house. n the way from my house to punggol.. anything further than tat i m as good as idiot! hehe
