ok guys...i had order my White GT200 already...from Hup Hin, cost me 9K plus 1.3k COE, insurance and road tax, etc....

I am looking for damaged / unwanted / discarded original Vespa LX150 topbox. The red plastic reflector on my LX topbox dropped off (don't ask me how). Piaggio doesn't make it separately anymore. Tong Aik also don't have it. Now I can only hope to salvage the part from a discarded box. Please let me know if you know of any original LX box on the way to the scrapyard.

 

Better still, let me know if the reflector part is available for sale anywhere (in the world).

to all bros, sis and seniors and all experienced vespa / scooter rider.

 

i'm a newbie and jus now was the first time i took my dad vespa out. The problem i face is at 1 stage when i change from 3rd gear to 4th gear the bike looses power and jus died like that. And after that i have a hard time starting the bike. everytime i manage to start it when i let it idle a while or when i get into first gear the engine die.

 

Can anyone help? Pls.. need some guidance here. as it's scary when ur bike suddenly jus died in the middle of the road.

btw.. the battlax tyres for GT200 is B02 or B02 Pro?

 

online sources cant find B02...please advice.

Hey ladies and gents,

 

I just need a very very urgent opinion. I'm very keen on anquiring a GT200. I know its pretty hard to find a second hand one but there was one at a certain as*hoon selling an FX plater at 5.2 machine price.

 

Please shed some light on this issue cos Ive very little idea on the market rate for this model. (rxz rider mah) hehe. Thanks!

hey guys...im new to this forum...but have been quite sometimes in sgbikes...any one cud recommend me to a great wrkshp to service my gt200...i just bought my gt200 for like 2 mths...n it seems theres vibration when im moving off at slw spd from stop line when theres a pillion...isit bcoz of the belting? coz im d 2nd owner n i ddnt know when is the last time the previous owner did his/her last full servicing...and how much cud it cost for a full servicing...? tnx aite..

 

Go to T.A bike shop.. For vibration, it could be due to 2 things.. one- your belt wearing out... wearing out will cause much vibration when moving off at slow speed.. second.. cos your transmission is using CVT.. 3 leg clutch.. I used to have the same problem but after T.A actually take out my CVT and grease it, the vibration is gone.. for good..

ohh...i think you can get it at tong aik....they do IU unit bracket over there...

tanx man...its seems mys roller n my belt only seems to be d problem...no more vibration...but after changing doz they say my bushing abit of wobble and my rear tyre seems to be a bit bald on d right side..does it affect d tyre...?? well how much will it cost roughly if i change d bushing??

and which brand of tyres would u guys recommend me to change for my baby gt..??

no problem lah... at most sit at the edge of the seat when always stopping.... once reach 'cruising' stretches... can sit back liao....

Hi, I was wondering if there's any bike shops that sell ET8's signal light cover.. those transparent plastic ones..? I broke mine this afternoon. :cry:

 

i had mine replaced at Future Scootering.

try calling them up and check if they have any stock on hand.
