Hello guys,

 

I'm new to this forum and bike too. Sorry if i post on the wrong forum.

 

I just got my bike 3 weeks ago and right now the indicator shows a RED DANGER SIGN + the top right hand corner icon keep blinking. Ref to att.

While I was riding i would sew the red danger sign flash out and the icon on top right hand icon will be blinking.

 

I have top up my coolant, engine oil & 2T but the sign is still there.

 

Pls kindly help me with my queries =( Thank you.

Might be the thermostat spoil. I heard from my friends who ride Aprilia that they frequently go to this guy called Ah Seng for Aprilia servicing. Maybe you can find his contact from the sgbikes aprilia forum.

Heathx could I just check with you if the thermostat is spoiled. Will it affect me from

Riding right now?

 

Hi sorry, didnt see your reply till now. Thermostat spoil depends. Some bikes still rideable only the temp light will keep lighting up. Some bikes will not start cos ecu detect that temp too high, doesn't allow bike to start. My friend kena on his S4 before, in the end he pulled it out and can ride. replacement thermostat shouldn't cos much. My SP's one was cracked, cost me $38 for second hand one i think, can't remember..
