Speedometer spoil help!

hey guys, i bought my bike(yamaha R15) last november, then just recently, my speedometer cock up!

the numbers are all jumping around, then at times, when i am travelling the displays show 0km/h!

anyone has any idea where to repair and how much would it cost? i am not too sure also whether i have warranty or not cos i got about 12000km mileage.?

Did u bought your bike brand new? If yes, go back to the shop u bought it from and ask them to change for u, it should be still under warranty. Speedometer is not a wear and tear item.

It could be just the speedometer cable rather than the speedometer that is spoilt.

The cable is cheap compared to the speedometer.

Have the bike checked properly before forking out the cash.

Same, my meter oso keep jumping around when going thru those hump or uneven road sometime can go up to 200km . But not big deal, still usable. .
