You know, i've been wanting to start a Cuban bar for the longest time, and someone has done it at Clark Quay.

It's called Cuba Libre, very nice place but no cigar smoking allowed, in fact no smoking allowed....so sad leh.....how to be real cuban bar like that. sigh.....

I didnt read his book. I saw the movie.

I read his biography and also historical excepts of Cuba's revolution which he is involved in.

becos the law on smoking for establishments is not clear.....

 

Already many establishments which serve food and beverages or are airconditioned have disallowed smoking. A rule put in place by legislation....

 

So imagine, if i spend time and effort and money and open a very authentic cuban bar and then I cant smoke cigars inside and my customers can smoke cigars inside....then....pengz....

 

I think we should be allowed to make a choice, to go to or to set up an establishment which allows or disallows smoking. It should not be legislation but a business decision.

I think they would leave the watches there becos not all is 50% off anyway. Only up to 50% off. Even normal situation already 30% off. hahahaha
