Phil, can still explore alot of possibility for your bike if the handling is really bothering you, go check it with a mechanic see wat they say. Most importantly is if you love your machine, well i love it for its rarity and head turning effect

Guys, just checked out the Yammie Webby for the new improved FZ1, must say it looks impressive, but something else caught my heart its the ever popular Vmax.... and i must say it still look damn gorgeous after some 20 years. Sorry guys, i have this fetish for musclebike(Hmm..... MT-01) more then streetfighters. Was also considering this bike before i got my current beast The only set back i had then was that the current 2nd hand bike available to market was abit too old in years, high consumption and small tank, and lastly mechanic told me its more costly and lechey to repair a V-engine then the inline-4 ..... and so the story goes on..... :bouncefire:

I've ridden the Vmax before. it ain't easy to ride and is very much a straight-liner. Met one on the ECP when I was on my X. Vmax was smelling my SMOKE!!! And I almost killed myself in a corner cos i did not blip the throttle before turning in. Back wheel locked up and I skidded, but managed to keep the bike upright. Went off the road in a cloud of dust. Scary sh*t man...

 

When will our next meet-up be? I'll be diving next weekend.

i guess for the july ride, nobody can confirm now, but i am game for a meeting up session again but this whole week is working till 12am for weekday and 2am for weekend. See how you guys arrange if you are still for it, i will join you guys after my work .

Hello guys glad to see that there's actually a small community here for teh X11. I am most probably getting a stock blue one.

 

Anybody here has got feedback on the bike? I realised accesories are hard to get unless we order it together. It looks cool with those bellypan and slim rear tail lights.

 

Not sure if anyone here has that. Would like to join you guys on touring trips if I get the bike.
