damn la... SBF tio trojan horse attack leh... once i open any sbf webpage, the virus do 1 popup n make the page like slowdown n wanna hang... wtf.... :faint:

cos got a bike shop saying that old bikes no need to change at 3000km

jus use semi syn 4T for 5000km will be enuff.

any comments?

old bike there is even a greater need to change it before it hits 5000km. me every 2000km change engine oil, using motul 10w-40 semi synth... best do not exceed 3000km.. if u prolong change at 5000km, after some time u will start to hear funny sounds from the engine- particularly the shims and it also your timing chain.

Haynes is the service manual.... if u dont plan to use the manual then of course no meaning... cos the clutch lever is also about that price of $25 for 2pcs.
