$380.

Is a bit ex but worth it. The prep I saw is not easy... Not spray on but they sand and spray a layer of primer before coating with 2k paint....

These brakelines are more responsive compared to the stock ones..

I fitted HEL brake hose to my front brake..

Very satisfied with the result!!

Galfer is a good choice of brake hose as well!! :thumb:

If u really need to change ur brake pads, hose, pls do so!! Nvr mess around wif safety issues of the bike :cheer:

Stopping power is the same but the amount of effort is much lesser and more responsive.

And their stuff told mi, galfer is the only manufactuer that uses 16 steel wiring to make the hose, as most uses 12 only that y zero expansion. Not sure it was true a not I will check the net.

Is better than hel as the banjo fitting was cramped overseas whereby hel are cramped in sing. Those machines were not cheap......I had 2 set of Hel before and I have no complain as well.....But overall finishing galfer are much better......

Yes I agreed, the HEL lines I had had significant improvement over the stock ones in terms of feed back. Due to the stiffness, you feel like what you are doing to the brake calipers. However, to have real stopping power, you'll need to upgrade your pads and many riders swear by EBC, but they're not cheap, abt $80 a side.

I have no idea abt galfer's brake lines, but based on hachi's descriptions, $130 sounds worth it. I have seen the way Motoworld flush brake fluid and I think they're pretty professional on it.

for the tyres part, there are advantages and disadvantages.

i dun think H rated tyres are good for touring at all right?

they wear out too fast, over a long distance and high speed, the advantages it had on singapore roads will quickly become the bane on NS highway right?

But even they wear out fast they should last about 10000km or so unless going to track. Not to the point of > I went for one trip and com eback need to change tires already.....right..

wear and tear of the tyre is normal, it's the grip tat is impt.

When the tyre wears out too fast, will the material still grip the

tarmac as we expect it to? or will the overheated material lose

its grip.. tat's the question isn't it?

Let mi share with u some info. Most tires do wear out and soft compound faster.

Now we talk about heat cycle...If that tires have 100 heat cycle and u use it and enough mileage to heat it up for 100 days after that the grip would decrease, u will see cracks between thread....

That when i see people complaining GPR70 grip like shxt but still got thread left....I do encounter before using dunlop D208 on my S4 still have lots of thread but the tires is basically dead....Then I dump it and sell it to shop for $20 and change to M1. Brakes and tires I do not save....

That y i have friend change tires regradless of thread left every one year....I do the same as well....That y I am thinking 090...Anyone wants 014 pm mi selling $150....Still got life left...

did u check the manufacturing date ?

aiya u selling ur 014 too late, why selling after i changed my tires?

anyway just an advise for u; using a h rated tires on the class 2 bikes, is not advisable like using a zr rated tires on a class 2b bikes. ur raw power is too much for the tires, when ur tires got too hot, it will start to lose its performance, likewise, same as too little power to heat up the tire to get its performance.

then talking about grip; the thread determines how well it disperse the water in the wet road. added on, no tires are good on wet road! on dry road, grip depends on the tire's compound.

oh yeah, u still selling ur brake pads? cant reach u earlier on.

Its better to have lived and lost than to never live at all. Live it, the way you want it.
