asp***n staff got problem

I went for inspection today, didn't passed due to foot rest, end can and tail lights were not stock. So I went asp***n Toh guan to enquire about the matter, on how they sell me a bike which is not LTA approved. So the guy explained to me nicely, I gladly accept his reason and left the shop. When I was walking to my bike, there's this old employee of the shop, name KEE GER ONG. He took photos of my bike. I asked him why he did that. He started giving me attitude and says he is free to do so and if I am not happy I can report the matter to the police and he walked back into the shop. No trying to say anything, just wanna share with you guys about this guy and his attitude problem. Before and after sale of the bike, the customer service are miles apart. Just disappointed with the old man response. Sharing my experience here...

All they do is sell the bike and repair, whether LTA approved or not is your fault because you bought it, not because they sold it.

This is where i think LTA or TP SHOULD REALLY LOOK INTO THIS. tHEY MUST STRESS TO shop and say look , dont sell bikes that are illegally modified. if shops say they wouldnt know who are the buyers who dont ride their bike to those who keep their bikes for ornamental reason(without riding) then , LTA or TP should put a clause on the buying agreement.

if not for my love for bikes, i would have given up buying from shops.myself also felt the feelings. before buying wah feel so great like all the attention on you. but once sign the papers, even b4 the bike is out of the shop, you can feel their indifference.

Agreed, of course they must sayang-sayng you in order to convince and make sure you purchase a bike from them. The after sales service depends on bike shop and individual. What matters to them is that they managed to sell one bike either by full cash or coi.

I went to this bike shop along upper Changi road, saw a bike I like n it's fully mod...when ask abt Lta approved they said yes, I ask abt the cert for the exhaust they say don't have n told me don't worry if got problem with lta or inspection they will settle for me...so I just walk away...

Y must lta or tp look into this? As long they can get revenue from all these saman n fines...y bother stopping the main source of income...no?
