IM HOME GUYS....Its WAS NICE.... its just the backside and the hands are numb... my missy while riding to phuket she kept saying i ban this thing(my bike).... then when reach home singapore she say.. okay can go for small rides.hehhe missy have IRON BUTT...hahahahah

i will post some pic to let u guys see... i really love riding to phuket its just that the time is not enough.... i even wanted to airbrush my whole helmet for 200 dollars but they need to take 3 days to do it... argh no time... 200 for the whole helmet is cheap... and thats without bargaining.

Have u adjust the side fairing? it does make alot of difference...u will like it more with the side adjusted out.

for yr info if the sides are open then there will be more hot air coming out from the sides... better for the engine ventilstion but will burn yr tigh...as the hot air will come out from there... i just kept the side as it is

The side vent is meant in way to direct the heat away from u.It won't affect the fairing looks or don't need to be scared this part may fall off..U have to screw them back even if u adjust its original position..i am telling here out of my own experience...I am riding a '06 myself.

Actually long distance or not, it won't affect the engine set up..its just an option to blow the hot air away from rider...give it a try...U will like it open..trust me on this.

 

 

I was at first reluctant to listen to friends & also HL when they tell me all about the changing the hot air directions instead to rider...but when i tried it..i then realised that this vent thingy make the '06 /'07 different from the older brothers in a way. i am sure there is other difference but this is just 1 of them.
