regards to ur question i don't think i can answer to u as i never have $$ to change the "metal locking mechanism" at Seng Kwang..maybe u can try bring 300bucks to there & Seng Kwang boss will be happily introduce to u who can help u solve this question..

regards to the 3NCR as well, we don't think we will go with those "falcon" from falcon nest as we are very for sure we can't catch up. coz we scared if we go 2gether with them we will have urge wanna change to falcon.

is the locking mechnism able to be bought seperately?? i can't lock Left side of the box now, seems to be spoilt can anyone help with tis?

 

Which shop? estimate how much?

cryptic: the machnism can't be lock right? check at the portion where the lock should be tighthen, see is there 1screw missing? last time i kana this problem b4. if yes then goto any screw shop(take out the leftover screw from the lock machanism as sample), get a few more extra & put them back..waahlaa..done..

but probally u will need a torx screw driver (which the 1 look like start shape) to tightern them back.

I dun like some Falcon riders too... too hard too furious.. too eager to die... hhahaa some are realli nice chaps and i got quite a few frenz riding haya.. but alot of young punks.. change their blardy exhaust till soo loud... ride so blardy close to you at high speeds and cut you.... always cared the hell out of u.. the veteran riders are respectful.. not the young punks.. ride so fast for wot....

 

Some enjoy the speed (speed to hell).. some enjoy the ride.. diff class of riders.. guess moz of us are the latter case in the FJR class... haha...

Dammie, i follow protocol one la, it's just that there is something called wear and tear one la and another thing is galfren handling la, now galfren banned from opening or touching any moveable parts on the bike only use the seat to sit only.

I did mine at Ong N Sons. $80 / side. They use the exact same paint as yamaha. Flaws can be seen within 10cm length. For me considered good.

 

Nothin beats stock paint in terms of perfection.
