Its alright bro. Looks like I missed a great outing. I was also getting ready to leave when unfortunately I had something urgent to do for my family, so I had to very unwillingly pull out at the last minute. :mad:

 

I can only look forward to the next such outing. :pity:

The title above is a huge understatement...

Kudos to Deanz for making it possible....

Any other event will have to beat this outstanding record of 17 FJRs meeting up together...

At the very least, we now know who is who and will not be shy to say Hi when we see each other on the road...

Singapore is soo small...Bound to happen...

2004 - 2006 = Honda Phantom TA200

2006 - 2008 = Yamaha Dragstar Classic 400

2008 - ???? = FJR1300ABS / 08 (hereinafter conferred the name of the 'Black Berserker')

Hey guys,

 

I'm gg Mersing this Saturday 21 June wif my Geduts. Will be a slow ride though (about 100km/h) to enjoy the scenery coz we have RXK and kupkia joining.

Basically go there for a swim, picinic and chill.

Moving off 630am SHARP!!! at Kranji MRT heading to Wdl checkpoint.

Gimme a buzz if anybody interested to join yer.

Is the new owner of a Aug '05 Silver Storm with FBB 6** plate here?

 

Sold from one of the bike shops along Bukit Merah Lane just recently, like two weeks ago. :)

 

Just wished that the new owner will take good care of my ex-babe... :cry: :cry: :cry:

Purely stock, with only a voltmeter some simple stickers on the two side panniers.

 

The bike shop "eat" back my ride at around S$14,460.

 

Minus-ing off my instalments, I got back around S$1K as down-payment for the smaller-cc ride from the same shop too.

 

Then it was sold off after a week or two when I visited the bike shop.

 

There is another FJR with plate no. FZ 7** (I think it is a FZ plate) there too, but not sure whether it is sold off already or not.

 

Kind of miss my ex-babe now. If not because of I cannot go for frequent long trips so often... FJR is really a nice comfortable ride...

 

Guys, don't sell it off if you can. Don't live to regret it like me...

hi guys..just a piece of info to share.went to hong leong earlier afternoon to check the pricing of the fairing and the pillon back handle..to my surprise the fairing cost $450 each side which total up $900 dollars exclude GST.and the handle cost $490 alone oso.:giddy: :giddy: so guys,while parking main stand pls dun use the handle forcefully or else you will be like my ex-owner who breaks it and use rivot to stick the breaking part..so any one here has the 2nd hand handle for sale??my model is '02(without ABS)thks..

Juz bot my right-side mirror for 07 model which is much cheaper den wat HL quote mi of SG$110 exclud GST!!!

And need to wait for 3 weeks some more!

the sizing/fitting of the polo T izzit like the SBF Polo T or a normal polo T, say Giordano cutting.

 

dun wanna end up buying and at last cannot wear coz the sizes is tight-fitting.
