Hi !! Currently my rear brake doesnt seem to be working. When the rear brakes are applied fully, it struggles to hold the bike on a gradual slope.

Has the brake pads worn out ? or is there other issues ?

 

Pls give me a quote for changing rear brake pads and for decarbonizing exhaust. My ride is CBR 150.
