hi guys, this is something i encounter.

 

after parking my bike overnight. when i start my bike, i will hear sounds from my engine. its not shim sounding ( not small noise like tiak tiak tiak).

 

its like drum beating inside the engine. khruk khruk khruk khruk. but after warming up for sometime, the sound gets lower and lower and eventually disappear.

 

im using ngk standard s4 spark plugs, maxima engine oil 15. its a FU spec1.

 

motordiam says its normal. and mechanics have told me it maybe my low idling (1rpm). which i dun think so. mechanic also says it may be the clutch housing (not clutch plate).

 

can anyone please advise and share with me please?

 

im riding all along a relax style and throttle easy wan.

What would it take to do a full check up on my steering/handling? I just don't feel at ease when I ride.. Don't know if its me or not but I do feel some wobbles and movements. Bearing? Tires? Rims? Alignment?

Also, whats the damage for a tune up for my carb? Think its the problem for my back-fires.

I'd just came back from Unique... Thanks to all for servicing my bike. It was a satisfying job. I appreciate one of your guys for pointing out my steering cone & fork oil got issue. Will be back soon to settle them.

I am a regular supporter of unique and tis incident happened recently. I had my tyre changed at unique. Their price is realli gd & the tyre is new less than 4 mths fm manufacture.

 

Tt dae the tyre changed was done by a new mechanic. I was kind of taken note of him cos he is rush & rought in handling my bike. Was told tt my rear wheel barring was faulty during my previous respray of rim. Didn't believe cos i had it replaced wif swingarm bearing $120 at other shops. On top of tt, my spraying of rim was done at a reputatable paint shop. Yeow motor. So i was kind of annoy by then.

 

After the job was done. Tt night i went to pump my tyre air then i realise that are quite alot of dents on the rims! The new paintwork was damaged due to the workmanship. The nxt dae i went to clarrify wif unique. Everytink turn out gd as shawn solve my problem by compensating mi half the $$$ for respray at yeow motor. But jz to my disappointment was tt the mechanic insisted tt he didn't damaged it & had taken extra care bcos he noticed tt my paintwork are all beri well maintain & new.

 

1 wk the respray was done & half the amt is claimed. Thumbs up for keeping it's promise swee swee.

 

But then when such tink happen customer still suffer. Cos time taken for resray=inconvience=$$$. I had to pay half the price for a 2nd resray when it can b avoided in the 1st place.

 

I do not 1 2 bring up tis matter to damage unique reputation but 2 share wif fellow bike lovers tt my point to hightlight is, plz tk note of unique new mechanics when senting yr bike for servicing. Overall unique still a trustable bike shop and their promotions are realli attractive, great saving + genuie parts thumbs up!

Visited yr shop at Enuos abt 2 weeks ago for K&N air filter, spark plug and security bolt for my endcan. Was served by Xiao Long, was pleased with his customer service. Good workmanship from him. Even though yr prices are gud but what matter most to us consumers are workmanship & attitude like his.. Keep up the good work guys
