Just wanna say a big thanks to all @ UM Eunos, especially Shawn (i suppose its spelt that way, if not paiseh liao) for the excellent workmanship & superb customer service done to my bike.

 

Went there for regular EO, Spark Plug & Oil Filter change. And i asked so many questions. I also wanted to change to NGK Iridiums and the mechs did a comparision first before installing, instead of just fixing it like some other bike shops. Kudos. And I've never seen or experienced any bike shop do a perfect EO change in 10mins. Kudos again.

 

Went there again the next day to install Revtec. Even though they were very meticulous, it was done in a jiffy. Shawn even had time to crack jokes.

And i saw the BEL-RAY chain lube.. Is it good? Need to get a new Lube Cause my Maxima Chain Wax is finishing soon..

today is the 1st time i went to UM,the place is clean n tidy..there is even plenty of chair for u to sit...somebike shop dun ve even ve chair..somemore u all got able la...long one somemore...xiao long is still as chatty as b4...same to u shawn....is kelvin the MBA or NBA guy??haha..sorry ..nice knowing u.....1st time see u...

 

and aso xiao qiang..my alll time fav mech cum friend...wont hestiate to check all the necessary check on my bike...he migght be quiet if u dunno him..once u know him well...full of crap n chatty....event treat me lunch sometime when he was working in his previous bikeshop....dun mention better...Crap bikeshop..

 

today i was doing EO for my fazer1000....as usual...oni x.qiang can touch my bike...or should say molest my bike.....hehe..oh ya...i aso get serve by a bottle of mineral water by shawn...thanks bro..pia kia...

 

all the price show abt the E.O package help me save quite alot.and transparent as alll the price is clearly shown...no hidden charge,let me ve the most clear pic of wat i m spending..shawn aso wont force ppl to take the highest package as my firend is aso quite impressed that shawn is not those pushy type of ppl...wont ask u to install or take highest package.......and the job is nicely n fast finished..well done guys...aso..thank u shawn for showing so many accessories, if got $$ sure install de..dun worry..ur brembo sounds good..and the tire tooo..and the indicator n aso i waiting for the volmeter...aso the engine ice.....

 

hope to see u guys soon..not for repair my bike but install some hoe liaos....hehe..cheers... :thumb:

hi a few months back i went you your shop in eunos for servicing under the pakage scheme i have my cbr 600 spark plug engine oil and filter + flushing and engine ice service the mechanic who was there told me that i dun need to do anything about the engine ice for another 20 000 + km or so as then my bike was around 36 000 + + so i thought ok i dun have to flush it for a long time but just recently while travelling on the pie my bike temp when up to a scary 135 c which is that highest i have seen so far i had to stop my bike several time pls note that after i serviced my bike from you shop i have not service it again as i use my bike for short distance to go to my camp which is only around 4 km from my house i was in a position to reach anywhere in 5 minutes or my temp light will go on, i asked my superior about this who rides a fazer he helped me check it was trouble some to take my fairings off becos of the slider after we took the side where my radiotor cap was to my surprise its totally empty meaning no coolent at all i had to quickly buy a coolent at top it out with nearly 2 liters of water, this is seriously wrong ask i said i rearly use my bike for long distance no track use whatever we also found that my clutch cable has be re routed or some sort where it is actually in contact with the radiotor and my left fairing the cable is bear i can see the shiny parts of the cable internals anf it been touching my radioter that it has eaten into it i am heading over to your shop tomorrow please help me with this its my first actually class 2 bike i actually trusted your guys and left my bike there unattended during the servicing i am riding a blue cbr 600 i have apprently misplaced the receipt i shall try find it i will heading there around 10 am .

a very detailed and concise mention of problem faced. however so, i do have to highlight that one is to blame the mechanic who might have been trying to do u a favour and out of his good intention, ur cable might have gave way(like mine did).

do go down and see those in charge.ultimately sure they will solve ur problem if it is within their means.

Hi there.. recently i cant seem to start my vtec1. battery still ok got power its only that my starter wont seem to work. have to jump start the bike for it to run .. how much is the starter or maybe can it be service??
