Hi Kelvin/Alec, yesterday i was riding in the rain and while shifting gear noticed that the RPM when i clutch in was nearly coming to 0, after which i release my clutch and change to higher gear, the engine feels like dying off and then the power comes in. I had a shock and has a phobia if my bike would suddenly stop in the middle of the road and behind a car would bang me.

 

Also before that in the morning, while starting my engine in the rain, i had to crank 2x. Wondering if Ah kee set for me the low RPM has anything to do with the engine dying off? My idling speed is 0.5-0.8. Dunno if its normal. Pls advise if i should come again to your shop to check?

The bike I am riding is TA200, with rear box and 2 side boxes fixed.

Our charges for servicing and tuning Super 4/vtec carb is $60.

M3 tires for Super 4/vtec is $295.
