hi boss, long time no c u at toh guan.

 

since toh guan branch open, i keep going there since near to my workplace...but i notice there not so customer service..y i say this cos its true, happened to me and i dont scared u dunno who am i.

 

3 types of incident for your improvement:

 

1. so many times i go change E.O . whenever they take out my drain plug, they will see and say what my plug thread no good liao, change the magnet plug blah blah. i was too sick of listening to this nonsense that i actually paid $15 for it. the next trip after i bought the magnet plug, this time got new stun..." brother ur the thread no good already..u see ur drain plug got the debris" ( i was mumbling to myself, which magnet plug no debris?)

2. when i installed LV exhaust pipe, 2 mechanic there dont even know which screw to screw where. In the end all screwed up...i checked the installation guide and DIY myself...

3. mechanics don bother to use a cloth on the grips when pushing bikes...can u imagine after changing tyres and chains/sprockets and they just start bike twist throttle then 1 hand on handle 1 hand on the seat and push the bike....i myself personally used the hose over there to wash on the spot..

 

i think many will agree on no.3 ...just like some places we service our car, they will first wrap up the steering wheel and cover up the car seats ......

Hi unique, do u guys have bracket for the old iu unit? Previous owner doesn't fix it. And I had a hard time passing thru gantries.

 

Also I wanna change to brake HEL hose for rxz. Do I need to pre order or something?

hi unique motorsports, riding a super 4 revo here. im due for inspection. and my bike have integrated tail lights, hid bulb and no rear mudguard. the probz is i bought it 2nd hand. so how do u charge if i were to send my bike to u guys for inspection.

Hello UM. I'm planning to change to HEL brake lines (Red), EBC brake pads (front) and change rear brake shoe/lining. Also planning to change airfilter (stock or aftermarket) and do my regular servicing (EO, iridium plug). Also want to service my carburetor. Are all the above items in stock? I want to do them all at one shot, maybe this Friday or next Monday. Riding CBF 150. Please advise. Thanks.

Hi unique. I just installed the leo vince scoot exhaust on my wave 125x few weeks ago and i notice there is a dent on the pipe near the bracket. Is that originally there or done by poor installation.
