yoz... bra the... besides exhaust system, knn filter etc... wad else can be done to make the bike in tip top condition??? btw where & how much is needed to take away the 180km/hr restrictor??????????? anyone?

 

KNN air filter cannot be put in rvf unless u change ur jetting to pilot jettings or factory jets or ur bike will be slower, this u got to ask dlm.

for the power cut, like got 3 parts, ask dlm too

I need advice from the RVF riders here...

 

When i moving off at a slow to moderate speed, i can hear a grind sound under me, not sure where and what the problem can be.. Anyone has an idea or encounter the same thing?? Suspect the sprockets and chain wearing out..

 

there is a few reasons to the sound, but we didnt hear so cannot noe.

but chain n spocket is 1 of them.

another is maybe the chain too tight.

this may occur if u just tighten ur chain n is oil ring chain.

if u feel the bike like no power, then u try wash n tune carb liao still the same then got to check piston.

Does anyone know abt this? Can anyone advise me on that? Coz I wanna upgrade to RVF soon, but i dunno whether its possible to get loan from bikeshops. If not, then what can I do?

 

get reloan is possible. but u better try to find a shop that charges lower interest rates.

 

buy FN or FP plate can liao.

 

try to get it below $8.5k.

 

but some shop sell high lah like ubi got 1 shop selling FP for $9.5.

 

so take ur time to find. dun rush like me..........

 

but for me i oso wanna sell high price lah

anyway, rvf is the best in 2A.

 

but dun get cocky. fast in acceleration but top end lose quite a few u noe.(stock)

juz wanna check wif u guys wads the tube which ppl put to replace the cap of the engine oil cap some of them even connect it to the air box. cool air intake??? n where else can i get a pair of headlight covers???

Dunlop GPR70 : Sticky tires, good for road & track use. Cons, easily deform. Can last about 9 mths.

 

Brigdestone BT 010 : Also good for road & track use. It gives u a special feeling when corner (extra confidence). In other words, go down corner effortlessly. Cons, is design for 600cc n above, therefore u feel slightly heavier, especially when moving off. Can last about 1 yr.

 

Metzeler Mez1 : Good for road use. Very lasting.... Cons, Need abit of effort while cornering. Can last about 1 yr 3 mths.

 

Preilli Dragon : Super grip. Veri good for track. Cons, Expensive. Can last about 6 mths.

nothing, just wana up the topic. RVF is one of the fastest and cheapest sports bike to ride man, almost wanted to sell mine but after some consideration i thunk better not, all the class 2 bike will really suck me dry man,actually i think its call jealousy, not enough to buy. must earn like 5k a mth to be able to ride it and maintain my present life style . Well everyweek will try to hope for best see can kana TOTO or not, i promise if i strike i will pay for all the down payment for all RVF riders

that tube is for letting the hot air from the engine oil tank to disperse out lah. when i buy the bike it is install there. but can u tell me what will happen if u drop the bike to the right?

 

u can see ur engine oil coming out of the tube u noe?

 

and at the end of the tube, u need to get a filter. looks unique, but it will also attract some itchy hands to puck it.

 

then dirt will go into the tank for engine oil u noe?

 

and i always can feel greasy at the hole n the tube joint, think is a very very minimal amount of engine oil is evaporate through there.

 

so later i change it to normal engine oil stick cap.

 

i still got the filter with me. wanna buy?

den put connectors at the end of the wires (male n female)

 

den when u gonna go thru ERP, juz bring it out n connect it den keep it back lor. if u going out at nite, juz leave the shit at home.
