Hi guys.. im due for inspection by end of august..

got a few problems... pls advise thanks

1. Erp at back seat

2. stickers no. plate in e front

3. which is lenient? STA or JIC

hi everyone!!

 

would like to noe roughly how much is the selling price for a fq7*** rvf???

 

non original paintwork...

 

bike has already been fully paid...

 

pls advice coz my brother wants to get a rough price to sell...

Dun think the annual inspection checks the position of ERP unit.. I went with a fren some time back his erp unit also behind and they never check. We went to JIC..

They only check the brakes, horn, exhuast ....

 

i think shouldn't be a problem with the sticker no. plate...

I think it depends on the condition and if got any add-ons..for a FQ i think maybe ard $9K and below..dun think can seel above $10k..

Dun think that the front sticker license plate can pass.Cos I also juz went for my inspection last month and it failed bcos of that. :giddy: .Then have to go get it changed b4 goin back for inspection again. :sian:

i got mine FQ at 9.5K COI 2 months back

engine condition is good... tat y i take it..

i think urs its white background..i think the normal black one should be fine...dun think they are so strict for stickers one lah..

i put mine in the pillion seat b4 too.... but sometimes cant scan... urs can meh? btw, my no. plate sticker white bckground, blacking wording... passed @ vicom

mine nearest is bt batok...

going tis week.. hope can pass...

As for e ERP, i jus try yest...

able to scan leh

either u went too fast or u have a pillion..

tat y unable to scan... tat wat i think.. hehehe

im not a expert also..

mayb can ask some lao jiao here to assist u...

and depending on whether u prefer stock ....

cos some mod e carb or slip on diff end can...

usually honda engine can be trusted...

FQ plate is not tat "old"

so i think if previous owner did those essential maintenance

i think there shld not be any problems

Dun want to kana chop when i go,also can allow me to set a budget before going!!

when u goin? i also goin soon too... we lived srg near near... regarding air filter... i not too sure. $65? oil filter cheap cheap nia... $12 -$15 nia...

hi guys!

 

i am riding an FP plate RVF.

for the past few days, whenever i switch off my engine after a hot afternoon ride, the coolant will drool out of the overflow pipe (i think) which is just beside the side stand. then recently my RVF temperature can hit 3/4 easily even though the humility is cool. why is this so?

 

besides sometimes whenever i switch off my engine, i could hear some strange sound (i couldn't describe it) coming out of my rear seat. what is that? can any kind souls please shed some light on it? thanks a lot!
