Engine and carb probably flooded with petrol.

Usually happens after a bike topples.

Carb floats sideways cannot control the petrol coming in and gets too much petrol flooding the carbs.

Then if the petrol goes into the chamber, too much fuel not enough air, crank the engine also cannot start.

Needs to clear the excess petrol, probably will get a couple of backfire before that happens.

when the bike topples it is normal that you can't crank start due to flooded carb as stated by Silent Hunter.

to solve it you just have to open your throttle max then start cranking. it will take you awhile before the carb petrol is cleared.

what is recommended is that you crank for 3-5secs and stop for awhile before repeating until your engine starts to run. this is to let your battery gain back enough current for the cranking. when you start to hear your engine is almost running (abit like choking going to stall) don't close your throttle immediately. you should only close when your engine does not feel like it's choking anymore.
