Advice on Yamaha TW200 pls

Hello there I need some advice please. I am intending to get a Yamaha TW200. 1. What's the difference between a 2005 & 2007 model? Would the 2007 model be coming in to Singapore? If yes, when & how much you think it would cost? 2. Apart from the Hong Leong Yamaha, where else can I get the bike? 3. I used to ride a vespa. Would TW200 have more power? I am about 48kg and my boyfriend's about 90kg. Would the bike have problems moving fast if both us were to be on the bike? 4. What is the current price of a brand new TW200 (2005)? 5. Is this the bike where I have recently noticed (or maybe it has been a trend for awhile but not noticed) that people modify it to look like a scrambler?
