Juz a poll to see which tyre are preferred...

You can also leave a comment on how you use them...Do you use it for road only or for road and track or juz strictly used for track...

Diabio Corsa.......as per manufacturer's recommendation : Road & Track. Wet roads, relax on the throttle, as tyres dun warm up enuff to get sufficient grip. I feel nervous on these tyres in the rain.

This set is from my fren's bike. He levelled up & needs RennSports for his abuse. These tyres good enuff for me already......I beginner at track.

Question: Is Dunlop D208GP-A available here in Sg??? It's the "Corsa" version of the D208ZR. Thinner grooves, more slicks at the side. I wanna change those new set.

Thanks for the info.....I thought I saw it on a bike before :thumb: I'll hunt the shop down when I'm done with my Pirelli DC. I'll ask my mechanic.

i'm using D208GP-a, really damn good tyre. sad thing is it only last me 4500kms.

its not suitable for everyday commuting, better for country road twisties + occasional track days.

Yesterday was history, tomorrow is mystery, today is a blessing. I love today.

Sportec M1 is gd at Track n also on wet weather. Personally feel it's better then Pirelli DC.

i tried sportec M-1 & pirelli DC before, yep i agree with u 100% dat the M-1 feels more planted on the road, especially on a 929. outperforms the DC but has lesser mileage, and so far i guess it has the same performance in the dry with the

208GP-A. but the best thing is the sportec gives u the best confidence in the wet just like u can ride thru a swimming pool in ur bike !

the 208GP-A should be available in sg. btw the grip is better than corsa, more comparable to the supercorsa in terms of grip. still manageable in slight rain, but dont go above 200km/h then ur on the safe side.

it loses out the the supercorsa only in terms of weight. just a little heavier than the SC's. performance wise they are at par.

but after tried this tyre i guess its less suitable for road use, this tire only has 4-5 heat cycles (after i take it to the twisties) and they start to turn blue. if track i guess can only have 2 times heat cycle.
