every bike has an idle adjusting screw, and its location is essential info in owner's manual. doesnt matter carburetor or EFI, it will have this screw, just an issue of where and what it looks like.

find a black tube underneath that should end in something that looks like can turn. start the bike, let it idle a few minutes. slowly turn this screw and look at your rpm. if the rpm drops/rises, you just found it. i dun ride super4 so i donno wat it looks like exactly. but basically you just turn the thing clockwise or counter-clockwise while engine running, thats all there is to it.

beware of setting idling too low.

It's true: it's more fun to ride a slow bike fast than to ride a fast bike slow. Admittedly, though... It is MOST fun to ride a fast bike fast!

I'm riding a fuel injected bike as well (not CB400), there's a yellow knob for idling adjustment for mine its right beneath the fuel tank near the intake funnel.

bike is a machine without soul, rider would inject new life and character to this machine
