Unpleasant experience @ decal/sticker shop

Brought my track seat cowl to Ju** Wh**lzz at Bukit Merah area to wrap.

 

They called me to collect this evening.

Quote Mr David "We not bike shop. we don't do installation. bring to bike shop to install"

They did not mention this to me prior to leaving seat cowl with them.

 

Went to collect and to my shock, this was the end product.

 

 

Me: Eh you guys didnt do QC before asking me to collect?

David: No. Busy. this cant be helped. Best we can do.

 

*Tried to reason with him that a small sticker can be cut and sticked into the opening?*

 

Alright I aint an expert at stickers etc but i cant see reason to why it cant be done?

And the aftersales support? fantastic.

 

Installed the seat cowl myself and here's the result.

 

 

Very disappointing $180 job.

Did a quickcheck after i came home, found negative feedbacks bout them. pity i didnt check beforehand.

Hope my unpleasant experience can serve as a guide for others.

For $180 that really looks quite crappy, whats up with e patches also? Can understand why u are pissed....

 

Always e same case for all shops, starting out is humble and best quality, once famous and became more popular, $ up and quality service drops....

 

Happens everywhere in SG, maybe u can try out other shops like 219 or aunty shop next time, got a new guy Smurf Design or something in sbf cmo thread also...
