How about fuel consumption? If I'm not wrong its stated 100km will only use 3L, so it's around 1L/33KM?

the new KTM Duke 390 seems to have bigger radiator, runs cooler and has slipper clutch.

 

Is it worth upgrading from Duke 200 to Duke 390 or should go for straight class 2 KTMs?

superduke one day....only problem is that i doubt i will ever need to shift beyond 2nd gear in singapore on that

Hi Duke390 owners, I'm currently riding Duke200 and decided to upgrade to 390 so went test ride at DW. realised that the 390 'shakes' alot eg when put in 2nd gear and cruise. it felt like the engine going to stall. if drop gear, it becomes over powered. checked with the boss and he said it's norm problem for the 390, either under power in high gear or over-power in low gears. the bike i test rode was a new one (1km+ only)

solution is to change to smaller sprocket for smoother ride. is that what you guys experienced as well ?

i know the Dukes are very torquey bike but don't feel that problem with my Duke200.

any advise will be great before i upgrade duke390.
