what he said is true, the first time you remove the silencer, the "fins" will restrict and prevent you from just removing the silencer from the exhaust end. The only way is to either force it so as to bend the fins to remove it... or like he said, dismantle the end can..

 

I guess either your screw had came loose due to constant vibration .. and so pure coincidental it was that day which you din cover your bike.. or the thief had a hard time removing it and gave up, so the silencer fell to the bottom and get stucked at the end of the end can.. its designed such in a way that it will not drop into the headers..

 

Hope my explanation is clear to u.

I found my silencer inside of my header when i took out my micron exhaust .. Due to its shape, was positioned firmly against the inner circular wall of the header .. At first i was like damn shocked n confused ..

 

Then i recalled , the silencer couldnt have gone in without someone taking out the screw tat connects the exhaust n silencer .. Secondly , the silencer when missing the ONLY day i didnt cover my bike at my MSCP .. Thirdly , the day before it when missing, the silencer was screwed to the end can , it was not loose whatsoever ..

 

It was damn hilarious when i first saw it la , like i cant even remember how it shaped like etc. :sweat:

 

Conclusion :

The bloody theif that ATTEMPTED to steal my silencer was a :gun: idiotic NOOB !!! .. This is because micron silencer are shaped in a way that if u don hold the silencer by ur fingertips, it will drop into the header ..

Bro, congrats that your silencer was never stolen..Saving you some $ and TP risks.

However, don't you think that suggesting the proper way of taking out the silencer is a big :nono: ?

all makan tamp haben bak ah. ps mi juz now k wif my fren cum low batt so cant join but isnt it abit 2 long? 2015 til now :confused:

haha... just remembered... its designed in a way that even if the silencers dropped into the headers section, it will still be forced out when travelling at 190km/h?

 

a bro here tried it b4 rite?
