i wanna say a big thanks to Kelvin, Clair, Manz, Allan, Rico, Spyker, Whisperer and Corinne who stayed behind till late to help me find my stolen bike....but unfortunately and as expected, it was to no avail...we have already made a police report with the Gelang Patah police, so the only thing to do now is to wait lor...i will make a police report here later in the morning..)=

hey guys, found this "white card" template from the chatterbox thread, might be useful to those who got a printer and sick of writing "name name name", "singapore singapore singaporean, singapore" everytime wanna go in pump. i edited some of it, esp the occupation, which i think the "x" will be on "others". that's what i usually tick anywayz. the x for gender is a superscript for "male", dunno can use subscript for "female" or not.

 

might need to adjust alightment for different printers.

 

can either print alot, then need to use then fill in date manually, or print each time wanna go in and just adjust the date
