hmmm i not organizing the trip per se, but my friend and i will be going down on 6th june, welcome fellow bikers to join in! the plan is per below....if you are interested, please list your name and PM me your hp number so i can contact you on the day before.

 

date: 6th june

meeting venue: shell station after woodlands checkpoint

time:8.45am...[please pump full tank and buy water if you want] we will leave the station @ 9.15am sharp

Route: will be going by the new eastern coridor expressway,exit at taman megah ria, rejoin PG highway, exit Masai Kong Kong. Travelling time is estimated to be 30mins if no jam. good to be there earlier to prep the bike and also do the neccessary paperwork

 

 

will be gunning for the 10.30am- 12.30pm session. the cost is rm35 per hour, if you want to play only 1 hour, then pay for that hour only. entrance to track is Free, ie go there see see no need pay money. pillions are welcome too, but no pillion riding on track. after track we normally go around pusat bandaraya to have lunch, open to suggestions or anything. those that do not want lunch feel free to headback to SG straight, i will bring you back to JB centre area near checkpoint for you to return.

 

to track, the min requirement is

 

FF helmet

boots (army also can)

jacket (they quite slack on this, normal kind also can liao)

gloves ( open durian kind also ok)

Jeans

 

for those intend to track, please make sure bike is in good order! brakes, tyres, etc etc. also please note that if 6th june rain, track will be cancelled!!!! no way gonna track on slippery track, way way too dangerous liao.

Ok. So if 6th wake up to rain will go back slp. But if wake up is dark clouds and floor is dry? (mean no yet rain) lol. I occupation obsession so ve to discuss all angles.

Check this site for the radar picture of the rain locations. It's a 70km radar. You could also use the animation to judge whether the area to meet will be raining anytime soon.

Haiz.. think i not selling my bike after all. I've spent quite alot of time making it into a pleasant ride. replaced alot of important parts. Now if trade in also wont part with it for the peanuts the bikeshops offer. Just make do with the ybr as a daily work horse lor. Not buying super 4 le la, i dont really love the bike and most likely will be selling it after i get class 2. (another lost)
