Hi guys! Just bought a 2nd hand X1-R at ASP.. Got it for $3900(machine price) Just done overhaul.. FBC plate.. DOR: 07/10/2007.. But no e-starter.. is it worth it?.. and anyone know how much to fix an e-starter?..

hmm.. it's actually quite a common rim, saw it on most bikes. so i tink most bike shops shld hav it. it's the racingboy 6spoke rim.. the red lining, is i put myself one, using rim liner.. btw, bought it at Heng motors, toh guan branch.. $180 i tink..

yeah, juz the rims with installation.. remember to keep the stock rims

hi nayrb.... if you want to have shorter fork, no need to cut, just go to any bike shop ask them to grind the fork clamp and push the fork up. workmanship price around $20.... cheers

Hi bro, if i'm not wrong you can go Winyap for the shorter forks.As for cutting it you can try JB there.did my for 30rm.

those x1R riders,i experience especially during raining days,i never ride my bike for a day,but when i start it, cant throttle much,when i did,it died.

for the first occasion,i went to this speedway shop,then this uncle drain out the water underneath

but in second occasion,i went to bk btk hong leong shop i think,he say my carb dirty,so need to wash,and change my airbox also

 

so i really dont know whats the reason behind this..can you guys briefly explain what is goin on...

oh wah i didnt know it could be bcos of the carb...i experienced that during heavy aftrnoon rain then next day wana go werk i start the engine..can start easily but like no fuel going down..have to play with the throttle then better..during those times also the engine sounds diff than usual...for a while only..then goes back to normal...

Additional info! if i'm not wrong you can use original X1 forks as it shorter compare to ours.You can try some other shop cause winyap things came not cheap.Don sabo me if i'm wrong as i was told by 1 of my friend because that time i also searching for downfork,end up cutting at JB Ah boy.

bike need to warm up 1st...

if u say when u start bike and straight away move off

but the engine die when u open throttle...

it will happen when u nv warm up...

 

if u happen to get use to it...(like me)

jus dun let ur foot down..

and try to do smthing smilar like push start....

ya....it true. this happened to me also.i did asked 1 of the mech but the reason they give is my bike is too new so have to season it. my is often every morning leh...should i go to hongleong for checkup?
