you fellas really make me feel right at home! i had sleepless nights, thinking abt what bike to buy, RXZ, runner, NSR, KIPS etc...i ran ard in circles jus trying to stay away from the DNA which caught my eye a year ago. i kept looking at it and admiring it. i was so prepared to let it go until Daniel called me back in our second conversation and said you wanna view the bike? you gotta view the bike! its strange, some things are jus so fated...i could have not liked him and said Nah, selling i found out was a really difficult task to do. it was nOt jus his gadget(bike) that he was selling, i found out that the emphasis of closing a sale rested on this ability to show his personality in a way that i found it reliable. ie SALE IS HALF CHARACTER HALF GADGET = FULL TRUST! yea i wanna go out to meet you guys... but first must get daniel to pick me first, i m at stage 6 of my practical lesson...hehe.

Dam, make me sound like the spokesperson for the Gilera DNA, hmmm, how many people have I helped to buy their DNA's? And sell them? Anyway, ya, so when is the next outing guys?

 

I say August 4th or 5th? Kallang KFC if not somewhere better?

Rules of engagement- The group is not allowed to leave one by one till it is only me and Byron! There must be a DNA ride! I mean if it is ok then Yishun Dam, if too far, then maybe Marina south?

Time- 8:30pm

Strength- so far, me.

u r indeed the spokesperson. KKFC is a bad idea as they will be having final rehersals, dude. Hence it is better if we meet elsewhere lah....

Knn.. I highsided at turn 1 last fri (after around 7-8 rounds).. After that 'shrank'.. Haha.. Slowly cruise back to the pits.. Dunno what's wrong. Tyre pressure seem ok. Suspension seemed ok too.. Might be my geometry.. Cos the rear was raised. Or a combination of the suspension/ tyre/ and big carb. Ha, the pwk seem to hit me like a rubber band as it hits the powerband. Too damn snappy. Was easier to ride on the smaller pwk.

Dan>> The Dynojet kit is only useful if you changed other things like pipes/ cam/ carb etc etc..

 

They sell their kits in stages. 1 to 4 if Im not wrong.. From stage 1 for simple mods like pipes and air filter to stage 4 for full McCoy racing wannabe.. But IMHO, They're ol' skool stuffs la.. Ha.

 

These days dynojet kits have fallen from favour as most 4t big bikes are now FI.

Hello all, it have been a long time time since i log in. WOW.... So many thing happen, new member and Dan bought a new bike .

 

I have been very busy with my business and i have not been riding my Ferrari for weeks. An outing seems like a great idea. i am in . I don't care where we are meeting up and going . No problem, i just want to ride...ha...ha...

Sweet! I like, inverted forks, dual disc brakes, dry clutch, something by yoshimura that I have no idea what it is, is it a coolant pump?

 

Hikaru, runners are always welcomed at our outings, cause technically a DNA is just a "runner transvestite".

Dude, that's just an FCC sticker.. ha. Not FCC dry clutch. Dun think FCC produced dry clutch for a Bandito?!?!? ha. Not even for bikes like RVF and such.. I believe prolly that dude using FCC clutch plates or he pasted the logo for decor nia..
