awww. i think i will have to give it a miss. my class ends pretty early that day. like 5pm. say if you guys wanna organise somewhere nearer to hougang or something me join ok :X

Swim front crawl with high elbow refers to elbow in the water with high elbow. Ensure your armpit is always open during the pull and push phase. And always remember... full arm extension at the end of the push phase. :)

I see limbs everywhere on the road

Limbs of strangers i have not met

Are the Roads that vicious ?

Or is it just Dangerous ?

Whatever it is, no one can predict what lies on the roads................

Agreed. Nice meeting u. was a good swim yesterday evening. was very surprise on how clean the pool was. the water is very clear such that i can see the other side of the 50m pool. another good point is the pool i not crowded. so u dun have to fight for lanes.

My next swim pool visit will be Clementi. Anyone interested feel free to drop by. I will check my schedule and let you know again. :)

 

Lesson on breathing in swimming: The trick here is to breathe fast, blow slow. Learn it.

Oh sorry to hear that. Brother... do take good care. We will swim when you have recover. Tonight there will not be any swim as a mark of respect for our brother suffering from chickenpox. :)

This week is the rice dumpling festival. I need to be home for this event on thursday. Will join you in the swim next time. By the way.. shall we venture other pool next time? say.... hougang or seng kang?

Just back from my swim at clementi pool. Nice weather and water was rather warm. High elbow in front crawl swimming meaning swim with your arm open without closing the armpit under the water. Rotation of body add proplusion along with your arm stroke. :)

Tag along with me lor... and you will have a handful knowledge of swimming soon. Is not weird and people from all age can learn to swim. Swimming is a life skill that will not only shape you up but add fitness and good health for many good years to come. It is a well known therapy for people with back problem. :)

 

I usually swim at clementi pool and sometimes at kallang and queenstown. Which pool is good for you? See you around dude.

Never really went swimming before. Fear of the water I guess; bad experience when I was young. That prevented me from learning swimming. Also I tend to have constant back aches.

Guess you will have to go back to basic and we begin from there. No worries.. you aint the only people who is fearful of water. :)
