U can actually opt out from the scheme. My colleague opted out altho she's a 100% malay. (Dia kata : kalau nak donate tu tak payah nak kena paksa..)

 

kalau nak donate.. biarlah dgn sempurna.. mesti ade niat nak derma.. dedeuct2 pon nanti lama2 kiter terlupa.. dah tak jadi donate dah.. tu dah mcm jadi compulsory dedcution for some welfare.. or something else for that matter.

 

Community Chest jugak. bila mau start keja HR dah sound.. nak tak.. so bila tiba masa sign confirmation.. si fulan ni eksen tak bawak... tgk ape dia cakap.. sekali dia pegi amek kan form baru ah.. :giddy: well.. nak volunteer ataupon donate tak perlu di Forced.,. boleh di INVITE, di ENCOURAGED, tapi tak di IMPOSED.

 

Education - I tink once i applied for something but tak dapat.. actually called and they said have to be Malay-Malay.. i was like.. how Malay can one be?? hmm.. nvm.. sometime later si fulan ni call lagi.. was surprised that si fulan ni actually can.. apelagi.. apply lah.. Alhamdulillah dapat lah satu scholarship tu.. when i qn them.. they said something vague.. tapi tak rem ape.. haizzz.....
