yeah.. its private.. but ive been elsewhere pun never been this worst!.. This is too basic for the work i had to assume.. am i being unjustifiable exploited?

Veradidie.....you're definately being exploited....BUT then again....wif the bad economy....companies are taking advantage of it......By overworking and multi tasking the staff........Kalau kamu rasa tak leh tahan.....belah sudah....cari kerja lain......there are better jobs out there....asalkan tak cerewet....

I am just giving an insight. If you really in need of a job and to support your loved ones. Just take the job. Yes no doubt it is not our so called dream job or carrer.

 

My take is not to be choosy. Just take as it goes. Mininses our expectations. Be thankful a job is there for us.

 

What more important is you can bring home bread and rice lay down for your family or loved ones to eat.

 

The off days and the leisure times can be arranged by yourself and your timings.

 

 

just my tots.. dont get pissed or mad. Coz i use to expect to get this and this. but then i realised we have to give and take.

the worst senarios i ever work was

 

Work 12 hours shift. NO OT. Work 6days a week.

work form 9am till 11pm

MEdical claim limit to $20.

7 days annual leave

3 mths probation. LEave early you pay fine

With a basic of 800$

 

What do you think?? Is this good or bad.

 

I work for 4 mths till i managed to find another offer. Reason i left coz i got a course coming.

To me its normallah.. Me in engineering co...

My 1st co 5.5days

Mon - Fri = 8.30 - 5.30

Sat = 8.30 - 1.30

Annual leave 10 days

 

My 2nd co 5.5days

Mon - Fri = 8.30 - 5.30

Sat = 8.30 - 1.30

Annual leave 14 days

 

My current co 5.5days(Alt Sat)

Mon - Fri = 8.30 - 5.30

Sat = 8.30 - 12.00

Annual leave 7 days

 

So far I keje, werkin hrs tak tetap till 5.30... Sumtimes kene balik at 7.30pm or later wit no OT claims...

Well, im not cerewet! definitely not me..

 

Masya, risuan, u single, wan, u lelaki.. (memang patut kerja banting tulang!) hehehe.. but for me, mana terkejar2 hantar anak CCK-AMK-CCK .

 

My working hours, walaupun 9 to 6, i tak pernah balik on the dot. Im the type suka finish off my things, then urgent things semua settle, so normally i go back ard 7 to 8 without OT Pay! mind you.. This i thought might go well for my confirmation. But news went to my ears that my salary cant be increased too much.. theres a limit that is set (forever) .. so i get a lil bit demoralised! i multi tasked macam nak rak..sampai accounts pun dulku tak pernah buat, dah buat dah.. admin+account+payroll+secretarial+website maintenance/designing.. is this justified? they liked my work, even asked me to consider my resignation - but i cant be working like mad dog, then get paid like what im getting paid now. Summore no 13th month, no bonuses, annual leave like that.. then what abt my son nyer injection, when i had to take leave, kalau 5.5 alternate or 5 days, at least i can schedule appointment on saturday. nie .. i had to take unpaid leave

oh yeah.. their medical benefit same like what wan getting>> limit of 20 bucks per visit. I didnt want to sign, but she made me sign saying its a must, before she could pass me alll the confidential things. I was not soo happy abt the annual leave.. tot wanna tell hubby first, but i had to sign cos she said, it might hinder work progress if im gonna take one day for that..

I tawakkal nie.. bagi three days notice last wednesday.. suppose to give confirmation / final answer by yesterday afternoon. but Stilll havent spoken to her abt my answer till today! siow ar.. soo fickle!
