Single light cream is the type of cream most commonly used for cooking. However, this type of cream should not be boiled as it will curdle. Also, always add hot liquids to the cream rather than the cream to the liquids, in order to avoid curdling. Single(light) cream has an 18 percent fat content.

It's been a week only at Teban Gardens..

 

Yestermorning at 4 am.. a boy of I guess 7 years 'visited' me... I reckoned he's also a 'tenant' here in my room...he just stood in front of my fan.. looking at me...

 

He just smiled at me even when I istighfar...

 

I reckoned he's happy to have a friend...

 

But something else was knocking outside the window, wanting to join us but just cant seem to do so.. Alhamdulillah I prayed since I moved in....

 

I really wished to tell myself this is all a dream..

But to dream while my eyes are awake and reciting my prayers... is something impossible to me..

 

Entah lah.. at times like this, I really miss having my old man around...
