well if you touched on the part where poeple just talk about it among themselves regrading any unhappy issues but not doing anything abt it.. i sumhow or rather managed to do it. on the last day of work. apparently they cant take it and they are treating my frens now even more cruelly juz to show who's the boss. can anyone respect people who say this:

 

"i dun care if u all dun like me. i am here to make you all work!!! "

 

i hate to see any injustice occurring inf of me. and my xbosses blamed me for not voicing out earlier. howver i insisted that i really meant to say those things only on that day. so i guess sometimes we cant really get the outocme we all hope for whenever highlighting any unhappiness. it may or not be in our favour. but it clearly will expose whoever that highlights were directed to.. his/her own truer colours after that. and it can get damn UGLY. unbelievably despicable. and it only result one thing. my frens can really see who the bosses are truly are.

 

 

it may not be necessarily tru abt those people who approach forums to raise issues and agendas. which forum are u talking abt? papers? sbf? no matter what SPH still go thru alot of red tape when it comes to printing out sentiments frm the public.. esp if its about the gvt. by putting it as a criteria to give their real name and IDs.. they try to control the masses thoughts and feelings. if there's really any free form of speech i'll bet to my last $$ that the paper will be just full of views frm the citizens. might as well they open up a new publication, just for Forum purposes. but no.. they have to filter all these people who cld have struck th public's mind thru whats in their letters. and even if they publish out the selected ones.. which MANY were rejectd btw... they're very stringent in the selection process. back when the newspaper was not brot under the govt's wing.. alot more sentiments cld be surfaced. anw.. hehe.. nanti terbawa-bawa pulak..

 

juz bcos someone uses the forum be it of any kind may not necessarily mean that they are incapbale of communicating in person. there are some who are like dat but definitley not all. forums are merely instruments; sort of catalysts for individuals to at least have a say regarding any issues. if we were to juzt see forumers as people who have issues communicating at all that would be kinda fatalistic. bcos the fundamentals will still lie within the purpose of these forums. we are not in a place to judge much on the people who contribute into them. if its a characteristic that they lack the skills to communicate in person.. well.. i rest my case. its alredy a part of them, unless they want to change themselves. for those who are forever making foolish sentiments w/o putting in any effort to implement changes, its just as good as this:
