Parked behind double yellow line

Hi everyone,

 

I live on a small dead end lane.

My flat is just at the end, on the right side. Road is marked with double yellow line and between the double yellow line and the flat fence there is about 1m space.

I have been conveniently parking my motorcycle in that 1m space for about 6months until I recently for 2 parking fines for parking in a double yellow line area.

Was I illegally parked ? or it just happened that a very picky LTA Enforcement guy is now is now checking my neighborhood?

in Singapore, as long as it is not a designated park lot, high chance it is illegal. I think that should be quite obvious.

 

Double yellow line is 70 buck.

bro, park at human path is 70, park at double yellow oso 70. both illegal with same damage. For as long as u live in a flat, chances are ur parking will never be free 300m of radius ard ur flat becus the whole area must be owned by the government.. if u try to find urself a free space to park, chances are its illegal heavy heavy, on terms they say that the reason for being illegal is because, parking ur vehicle illegally will cause obstruction and inconvenience to public. however, actually they are punishing u becus they wanna charged u now for cheating government money because u attempted to find a free parking lot to your own convenience which by right u must always pay.

 

now u should be thinking of ways to bomb ur story out of ur summon
