no la bro. bukit batok..hehe

ooh BB there uh..wah nearby syam already..syam watch out!

bros..is there a difference between our stock disc brake and oversized ones?

theoretically wise oversized ones dissipate(spread out) heat caused by friction on more surface area,so the disc brake wont be overheated.otherwise its for aesthetic purposes..small bikes dont produce enough heat to cause any damage to the stock one..we seldom ride fast..thats why stock disc is small, bigger bikes big disc.

but i heard some say that oversized ones arent durable due to the material used..can break...but so far never heard of anyone breaking it..

Ehk? Wats wrong wif me stayin in BB???

Agreed wif Loudness; our slotted or drilled disc is enough to dissipate heat. But tats not the case, if u ever think of putting oversized disc or ever so powerful calipers on ur Z, hav u taken in mind abt how much ur fork can take the force before it "bend" on one side? Anyway y ppl say tat oversized disc can break is tat wen u brake wif ur stock caliper, u are only touchin just a part of the disc, leaving the rest to still be cool. So I guess, wen the heated part expands while the rest stays "cool", it mite warped ur oversized disc. These, is just my theory lah of coz, aft readin so much of MTB's magazines... Hehehe... XP

did you re-bore your block? or just use the same size? if re-bore must clock 200-300km im not sure. if use the same size no need run in if im not wrong.
