hi guys.. any idea why my z only can go max100km/h(at 8-9k)? more then than vibrate like hell and kick back to below 100 like loss of compression no power.. sometime when shifting gear same problem occur, loss of compression no power.

current setup:

rim-18f18r

sprocket-15f 38r

carb setting- not sure (newbie)

 

hope all the experience zeckerz can help and advise on my issue or maybe check on my bike. thanks

Check your engine mounting for vibration

 

No power, check your piston condition, clutch and carb setting. If all good, shoupd be easily reach 100+

Hi guys. Still deciding to buy rxz but need to know more about the bike. Just gotten my license.

 

1. How often must we fill 2T oil?

2. At the meter, the OIL INDICATOR refer to petrol or 2T oil?

How often? Depend on your usage and 2T oil pump setting. Yes oil light Represent 2T

Just ensure never run out 2T

hi guys. got another qn. im currently using showa for my suspension. and i want to fix rack for box. but apparently the end of the rack will clash with the bottle for the suspension. anyone got any idea where i can get a shorter rack?

Can i know if i want to buy a new block original, where can i buy and around how much is it? And how do i know if the block is original. I dont mind if its 5pv or 55k or y1 or y2 or y3 or y4 as long as it is original.

 

new ori block got y3 n above only, ard 350-380 excluding piston set, gaskets, tiang block. add ard 100 buxs more 4 all of the excluded parts

A question, you all know of any shop that sells the head cover? Or rather, the coverset? Normally the shop will be the one to do the coverset replacement for your bike?

if ur always cruising below 100-120km can go semi syn, i personally go for motul 510,710 n ipone samurai or got e strawbeery smell 1, for track or high speed i always use ipone 2s and motul 800. if ur on budget any 2t can as long as 2t pump open big or permix - 20-25ml per liter so piston wont seize.

No difference between local and original tank/coverset? Only the looks?

Difference is in thickness of the coverset and the tank has a lip in the tank cap. Tank has double layer skin

Guys, so I just did a change of coverset. Changed from my Original Skala Red Catalyzer coverset to Plain black local coverset. Hmm, 2 questions -

 

1) Just wondering, do you guys sell off your original parts after changing to a local coverset?

 

2) If using a local coverset, and for example, I decided to sell off my bike, will people still buy an RX Z with a local coverset instead of original?

100km/h 8-9k already??redlining soon sia..

 

theres something wrong with the setup u gave..u sure ur rim is 18"?sounds like 17"...

 

compression loss no power etc is because ur reaching ur max while doing a relatively slow speed..of course it could be carb setting but hell ur stressing ur bike already.

 

my setup used to be 17" and same comb sprocket size like urs but can go 120km/h at about 7-8rpm...so u sure urs 18" with that sprocket comb and ur bike stress already?

 

can reconfirm ur sprocket and rim size?coz with that setup its not suppose to only go 100km/h at 8-9rpm
