pin jet is at the carb bro... u have to take the carb out to adjust or change the pin jet.... abt e disadvantages im not quite sure.... but i noe the petrol consumption is sure gonna bomb one... maybe the other bros can enlightend u on dis part....

Yes bro! I agree with indiewhispers. Last time my RXK also have the same problem. Water cause the engine oil become cloudy. Need to down engine and change new gasket.

 

From the window sometimes hard to tell. The only way to know is to change engine oil and see.

the root of the prob is not the engine la bro.. the eogine oil compartment is a different compartment..

 

it happens to me long time ago too.. water might seep in due to the torn gasket or the casing is not tight at the top.. which means that most of the time the screws at the top casing is not tight enuf...

u can also check the thread of ur screws make sure the threads r still in good condition.. if not den can go buy at hardware shop 70 cents per screw..

 

what i did to my casing was to unscrew off, buy 1 new set of gasket the good quality ones(thicker ones better) doesnt cost much i forgot the actual price... should be below 15 sgd, silicone gasket, 1 bottle of engine oil.

The oil window; i used diesel to wash off the stain.. or u can also use petrol..

the silicone is useful as it acts like a glue to the gasket to prevent moisture from seeping in.

till this day i have yet to unscrew the casing from the engine..

 

pls note that it will be difficult to unscrew without IMPACT DRIVER..

 

Just my experience.. good luck..

 

i forgot there is also another oil seal in the compartment which is assosiated with the coil... cannot really be seen as it is behind the gear crank near the front part..

if this oil seal is puntured or torn ur rpm will be high but not extremly high just above 2.5rpm.. den u will have to pull the choke to ride... but this seldom happens... just sharing...

nak cek pkai vernier calipers... hehehe..

tali tape utk jahit pon bleh..

 

u open up the block head den u claen the piston head.. there should be an engraved number on it.. not the 55k..

for example: 0.5, 1.0 and so on.. until 2.00..

each time the piston is rebored the size a quarter..

example: 0.5 to 0.75.

Pistons after size 1.00 is consider OVERSIZE..

from stock to size 1.0 u can rebore 8 times..

Ok about white substance dlm engine oil.. mmg ada air masok dlm.. So wat u do is go jb full service then pas2 kene tukar engine oil at least 5kali(2000km baru tukar skali) baru benda putih 2 ilang.. Ako da kene da.. now my 3rd time tukar kesan putih da mula ilang.. CUBA LAH KALO TAK CAYA!!!
