daytona is not that it is not good. the set back for pple for not using daytona is tat if anything happen to the cable, u cannot change the cable only but must change the whole set.

 

Unlike tzm ones if anything happen to the cable, u can change the cable seperately.

Hello ... have been a 2yr old RXZ owner but sadly, I still know nuts about it. Hope can learn something here..

 

First thing I would like to ask is how much is a servicing?

 

Is there a diff between servicing and a full servicing and what will the mechanic do to your bike?

 

I havnt send my bike for is so called servicing yet. I only go there ask them to change spark plug n black oil. Is my bike at risk for not servicing for so long?

 

How much will it cost in Singapore or JB?

Hi guys, how much is the insurance for rxz you guys paying? say 21 yr old 2 yrs riding?

heyya guyz..im back! wif an accident -_-...sheesh..a girl juz dashed across the road!!!! beside the tampines library..at the T junction..now my right mirror is broken..n the head of my bike is broken..-_-... does any1 noe the cost of the RXZ head? the new type..as in the catalyzer model..?

Hey guys,

 

Need some advise from e Expert here....

 

1. My headlight doesnt seem to be bright on Stationary postion, the only time its bright is on the move. ( sometime pple though i bo on headlight at traffic lights)

 

2. When my ERP unit is faulty, My signal, netural and horn is working fine. After fix a new ERP unit... all lights become very dim like i say when i stop at traffic lights, my signal wont work unless i Ram the trottle.

 

I have change e Batt, coil... wat els is the problem lies?

$55 for the headlight and fairing.....its comes together so cannot buy separate

Z insurance very high....next is S4...why so high its because a lot of despatch riders using these bikes and the theft of the bikes also quite high.........

 

I'm paying $170+ can't remember exactly and I'm already 31......using Mitsui.......

for the head fairing only will be rm30 n the head light will be rm20. can buy seperately. if buy both, maybe can neg, price quote at ah gua lane. kedai panjang.

but u need the bracket too for the headlight. tat one i dunno how much.

I'm noob here. Just got my Z and would like to update the look to a full catalyzer (head, tail and tank - dented lah). Is the price in Sg much higher than in Jb? Coz I'm not comfortable going to Jb alone leh - unless you guys being kind to show me the way :sweat:

 

I'm also would like to change rear shocks and tires (would like to get a stickier tire - any brand to recommend and where to get best price in Sg?)

The price in Sg shld b more higher. Rear shock u can check in the previous posting. bought mine mitoX brand for ard rm 145. For better compound tyre will b dunlop tt900GP or mayb battlax but price will b quite high. In malaysia hard to find. Jb only got dunlop tt900 without the GP and it cost ard RM120 front n back. Normally most rxz just use dunlop tt900 cos of cheaper price.

 

I normally go in jb 3-4 times a week.

I need to change my battery. Recently i change into the catalyzer set and my batt seems to finish up easily. I just change on May this year and the battery now going to be dead. You guys have any recommendations of which battery is powerful and long lasting? Where and how much?

huh, bro, this is not energizer batt. how come can finish. The batt is not supposed to last for 1 mth. it supposed to last for at least 2 yrs. Wats yr bike plate?

Thanks for the info. Yeah guys, let's go JB trip buy parts hehehe. I'm only available Saturday/Sunday so quite bad timing to go right? Monday also sometimes open so can plan lah.

 

If you buy all plastics and tank, can you choose color? Have to go to the shop with someone who knows, if not, me will easily kena chop :sweat:

 

Have you bros ever ask the parts prices in Sg? if not too much different, maybe safer to get here? Who's selling a lot of RXZ parts? LAB?

price are slightly higher in sg compare to jb. actually after doing a few full servicing, i look more into their workmanship rather than price. Price can b very cheap but doesnt mean solid workmanship. full service is cleaning of block, piston n the ring to remove the carbon. then service carb, setting the carb. change engine oil n spark plug. price also depends on wat spark plug u use n engine oil. some pple quote price wif no spark plug n engine oil included. some shop quote everything together. The price in jb shld b ard Rm35-70. Sg shld b ard 40+++

 

Servicing??? it depends lah, these are slang pple use for bikes. some say service, some say servicing ,some say full service, some say service carb....... service got many service...... wat service????? customer service?????
