juz nw see my bike then realise rear tyre im using nw is ME22!! corner slowly everytime feel like the rear want to fishtail like tat...corner fast no need to say already!! but then again the tyre is wearin out n my gantung is **** up!!

 

hmmm.. corner feeling like fishtail? could be problem with the rim hub or bearing i guess.. :confused:

I was quote 300++ for over haul my engine plus change the piston and ring to Japan made... IS this expensive or reasonable? Will do it in SG... Any comments? I using TT900 GP tyre for my rear amd feel cool but will wear off faster cos my mech told me.. The rear tyre is bigger then the front one...

 

Yup. That's the normal price in SG! Go for it. :thumb:

If bike shop in SG charging u above 400++ maybe u've been chop! :giddy:

 

As bro syamitomo explains, the rear tyre will wear of much more faster than the front because of the weight the bike carries to the rear.

Is it tat bad? Hmmmm... If ur rear tyre is losing it's rounded profile and gettin a bit square-ish, maybe u should just change it even if there is still thread on it. U don't know how thin of the rubber is left in the middle part of the tyre rite?:thumb:

 

And abt ur gantung, is it leakin? Why do u say it's ****ed up? Lots of rust is it? Maybe it's not the tyre or the gantung tat makes ur bike feel like it's fish-tailin. U ought to hav the swing arm's bushin checked out too!!!:thumb:

How much does a brand new rxz135 cost now? And for a used rxz with FQ plate, is it reasonable to pay less than $1000?

 

Brand new RXZ cost around $4k.

RXZ plate FQ is worth below $1k.

Wanted to turn up but my mak mertua insisted on me to bring back some food home. U don't expect me to go wash bike wif loads of "tupperwares" on my rear seat and let the hot food go spoil overnite wif the smell of 2Ts and soap rite???:cheeky: Hehe... Paiseh ah but yeah, tat's why I can't come down the other time...

I hope to ask for 3000 flat cos I did not know the overhaul is so ex... How much malaysian side charge? Will JB motorshop as good as SG?

Don't know bout u guys but I don't really asked ard for overhaulin in S'pore. I don't really trust them anymore everysince tat 1 time incident where I hav no choice but to do it here cause my bike ain't moving.

 

Paid above 400 plus for a "local" piston, rebore of block(a jump from 1.25 to 1.75 piston), local conrod, bearings and used clutch plates. And the mech told me tat everythin included in the price are NEW ORIGINAL JAPAN parts.

 

And the way they work on the bike, very scary. Give them the bike in the evenin and u can collect them the next mornin. I'd rather hav them take their time and check my bike thoroughly, get all the neccessary parts and fix up wif precision and test out the bike. Rather than rush things out just to get more money from more customers and concentrate on bigger bikes(no offence to those Zeckers who upgrade their bikes!) so as to earn more from them!:angry:

 

Well tat is just my thought. Of course I can be wrong but yeah, once kena is enough for me I guess...:goodluck:
