hello 4 more days to raya..yay!.wahha..

 

niway, i just want to ask, have any1 experienced this b4 aft they changed rims?

 

heres my experience, i just changed to a new set of rims 17' racing boy the 8 batang one at ahboy for $270 with battlax tires with installation there(did i kena chopped?). And then approx 5 days later, my front wheel started to have this knocking sound when i ride.went to mech and he changed my wheel bearing and yes it indeed was my wheel bearing that have rosak or pecah. then like 3 days later, same thing happened.front wheel knocking sound. went to mech and he changed it FOC and said to come back if same thing happen again..

then 1 wk of usage w/o pillion went on just fine..till now, i pillion my fren from east to jln bahar and back for 2 days then now i hearing a very slight faint noise of somewhat like little knocks from my front wheel. Maybe the early symptoms of wheel bearing rosak again? gosh..hope not ar..kalau tak pening seh. haha.

Just wanna ask is that normal? or my bike just love eating wheel bearings..?

I also need new wheel bearings in the REAR wheel every few months.... front wheel still got the factory ones from 1994..... original ones are better quality.

 

My wheels stock size though (but aluminium rims D.I.D.)

Lebah silencer normally they customised it, none for ready made. This thing you can only get it in JB. Sg rarely doing it.

Something like that but best you do everything under one roof. Meaning get the silencer from the same shop & ask them to do it for you. Name your flavour, bunyi lebah(more holes) or bunyi menyundal(less hole). Hahaha...

For pipe lemang standard mainjet mmg 210. Ni kau dah buat internal mainjet confirm kene tukar. Kau bawak mmg smooth sebab minyak kau bakar kering. Pickup mmg sedap. Tapi lame2 nanti piston kau leh jam. My suggestion is pegi hantar setting. Aku dulu pakai pipe lemang internal, mainjet aku 280. Abt the lebah silencer, go jb ask them to do it for u. Cost abt RM15 only.

Bro, wat type of bearing did u everytime change it too? Mine are those "made in China" ones. Yeah I noe, very unconvincing in terms of wher it is made at. But so far they "spin" rather well and looks quite solid from the way I hammered it down into my hub. But how do u noe wen u need to change the bearings?

210 is the stock standard size for rxz main jet bro, people rarely change thier jetting when it comes to a change of pipe. usually they will upsize their jetting size once they disturb their block (porting or rebore). the bigger main jet u use the higher ur bike FC is.

 

ready made once for silencer u haf to buy lots of them and test it out so no point. best if u could go under one roof to do it up .

sorry yesterday masuk johor hunting for some KRR chrome parts, catalyzer sticker and shopping for hari raya. cannot get reception till 3am. i got new taste ready cha, no more syrup limau but cikong sejuk taste nicer when it comes to fasting month... haha
