to all zeckerz n outsider,

even i gone out frm zeckers im not joining outsider as i dun want ma brotherz to think ikot design outsider nanty sala faham so 4 me now both clans ak lepak aje if korg ajak trn but if u all ada miting or urgent stuff selain lpk den ak tk trn hope both clan get wat i mean. . . Tiz is just a clans aje. . .

Nothing to salah faham bro, ini kehendak masing2 untuk jalan sendiri. I've already make it clear in this forum that we only declare outsiders to Zeckers clan. Nothing related to the design group called outsider out there. You got your own choice bro, i'm not forcing you. Since you got 'brothers' out there, is best you stay loyal to them. You know what i mean right??

Btw eh abg A'An, how can we spend tat lil' bit of time to check our clutch plate ehk???:faint: Aik, rider maut like you still can ask me this question??? Hmmm, Blur already explain to you how to check it. If you want more accurate, ask bike shop open and check lah the clutch plate....

Wah project seh!!! Puttin turbo into ur bike is it? Wakakaka..:cheeky: Hmmm, nothing much actually. Just to improve in the performance wise legally.

Ni ape case ni??? Anyway, watch out for tis guy outside, he gangster one! Watch out especially for his pipezzzzz.... Diye keliru bro. It's ok, by now i believe he will understand what i mean.

sometimes when its hard to find your neutral gear is usually due to your clutch cable going to wear of soon or ur clutch plate are worn out.

since its hard to put it to neutral gear why not clutch in whack your throttle abit and kick ur lever to find ur neutral gear.

if you want to know your clutch plate wear off put it on main stand and u will see on neutral gear your rear wheel is actually spinning.

Hahaha, he's the man!!!!

thanks A-AN07 for the reply.

No problem, just helping your doubts with my point of view.:cheeky:

helo zeckers... hope u all doing fine.. ride safe yo..
DEY!!!!!! Where have you been lah???? Mangkuk Tingkat betul!!!

Selamat Hari Raya!!!:cheeky:

Hi.

Agree with A-AN..... regardless how much i modify my Zeck, i never change the handle bar. Even for tall guy like me the riding position is perfect with the stock one. I used to have a VRR 150, the bike is slightly bigger than RXZ but the riding position for me (193 cm tall) was awful..... love my RXZ :)

Best regards....

If I'm not wrong, standard RXZ clutch system uses 6 of those clutch plates and uses only 4 screws to hold everything together in place. TZM's is additional of everythin; extra clutch plates, extra screws & of coz extra money spent. Performance wise, better clutch control and sensitivity for me!!! :thumb:

Hmmm... Ur talkin abt the Posh colour2 handlebar rite??? Hmmm... Very the adjustable but still, don't noe if it's safe to use anot. I mean u don't wan to go fast2 and then one of the handlebar decided to drop off just coz u forgotten to tighten one of the screw rite? Just go for original, welded handlebar sudah bro...:thumb:

Yeah, tried ur's, feels nice. But u gonna get used to a bend-down posture since TZM is a sport bike... After a long ride, bad ache!!! Wakakakakaka...:faint:

Thanks guys for the replies!Do i have to change the fork too if i wanna use a tzm handlebar?

nopes just change the handlebar bro. i forgot to tell you the negative part of using the tzm handlebar. ur clutch cable will wear out pretty fast cos of the bending angle.

not sure about that has the triple fork clamp for the super four is not design for the rxz. especially for the fork area, where else super four fork are larger in dimension compared to rxz fork. unless if only the super 4 handlebar can fit into ur japan model triple fork clamp then u have a chance to experiment it out.

I'm using 15f 40r, mine's a 5 speed Z. Not bad mileage and good pickup. Too big rear will suck ur fuel dry easily and u won't cover much distance wif it... SO yeah, u decide bro Batman...

Hi.

16-40 for me, stock 18" wheels, 6-speed but bored up (150cc) and ported.

2nd Z 16-34, 17" wheels with skinny tyres, stock engine, 6 speed.

Happy with both :)

Kind regards....

16-34!!!???? Wow! Must be a 5 gear Z rite since 5 geared ones got better torque than 6s... And where the hell can I find a 34t sprocket for our Z over here????:faint:

Hi :)

@Syamitomo

No, mine are both 6-speed. 16-34 works only because i use 17" wheels, with stock wheels it would go fast but no torque at all (it HAD 16-34 when i got it first, could not climb the ramp from our underground parking space here at my place) :) But with the 17" wheels it works fine, top speed with the stock engine and modified air box, larger main jet and (which gives quite a lot more torque too!) and Lemang pipe is about 175 km/h. I will have that block bored up soon, aiming @180cc and then might use the smallest available rear sprocket which is a 28. If you want a 34 rear sprocket please PM me your address and i'll send you one (it is the smallest one can buy at a shop here, smaller ones have to be ordered).

Kind regards.....

Dulu pernah lah, same set up, masing2 nye sprocket tapi aku ingat kau bau asap aku kan? Ingat tak kat JB ngan moto Z lama kau seblum kau "local"kan dia???:p Hmmm, that time when we are goin to JB for petrol & mkn along wit Chin right??? Ok, ya i admit i loose but i got 2 reason. 1st you main tipu, i lum ready you dah tembak. 2nd you conered me to the cheveron marking before you tembak & that point of time vehicle flow behind me rabak siol... Nevermind, you are building up your Z right?? You got new foreman for your machine right now i persume & i will still stick to my old foreman for my Z. The time will come for us to meet again on the highway. Hahahaha.... Btw, i've already pay your asap with my S4 carbon remember??? Same location summore. Hahaha... Ada hati nak gigit S4 bertiang-tiang bro lu kena tinggal. Your Spec sure blacken full of my carbon. Whakakakaka... Set are bro, satu hari we try suka2 ok?? Anything picitin bro....

Syamitomo, the answer in green is for you.:cheeky: Anyway, wanna tag along to JB esok pagi?? Just buzz me if you are interested.

Hi i need some advice on how to maintain my rxz , i ve been riding for about 7 months now . I changed engine oil every 3 - 4months. What are other things i need to do ?? For RXZ nothing much to do actually. For normal riding, you just need to monitor the engine oil, spark plug & 2T, just ensure that the engine oil & 2T is sufficient enough to support your daily ride. Rajin2 pack fibre say 2 months/3 months once dah cantik, clutch cable pun jgn lupe check, all this can consider basis requirement like what i'm doing right now. Because recently i noticed that my engine is not as smooth like before. Engine wise not smooth can have alot of possiblities. Carbon already start to built up inside your exhaust pipe (stomach area), spent a little bit of cash to decarbonised your pipe and your ride will be different after that. Engine oil also play apart, what type of engine oil you are using right now?? Carbon start to build up on your piston & the top head, dirty carb etc.... Hmmm, maybe the rest can add on to this
Hope this will help you on your basic needs.
