Just change clutch plate @ Taman Indah,Kempas Baru Champion Motor.Clutch plate RM60,Faito clutch spring RM15,Engine Oil Castrol Activ RM18.Carbinised the tak guna catalyzer pipe plus new jaring silencer and fiber all RM60.Pick up to mid range terangkat habis tapi top speed still 140kmh.Maybe have to change from 16/42 to 16/40?

 

there cheap...but i heared the doing, nt good...

tuning can b problem juga tu hee....

tell ur mum get well soon bro........ bro btw where u modified ur lemang pipe n hw much? wat they will do to ur pipe...e.g. like add extra stuff inside or wat? thnks in advance bro....

 

that lemang pipe wasn't mod by me, it was from a fellow forumer here by the nick of bear RXZ. i bought the pipe from him last 2 years i think and never used it before. only tested it out once and lend it to my fren to test for a week. its quite noisy and the pipe has been inspected by TP before at the base.

yupsz should be effecting the top speed becos of the clutch slipping, slower reaction . mine roaring as well... haiz NS makes me broke....

Okay lah bro,4 out of the 7 mechanics are all ex-Rempits(Kelantan).Just tell them what to do and dun 4get bribe them water ke ape.Yesterday i bring along 1 Singaporean riding RXZ,Standard.Top speed 140 and roaring like hell.Service block,Faito springs/bearings,Piston drilled,ring,Carbon reedvalve and 5 spoke racing boy sport rims with FKR 80/80 Tubeless tyres and original 3BS standard pipe(No modified).Sprocket 15/40 and Faito race CDI Then change jetting,He test at Pasir Gudang highway 170kmh dapat and rpm @ 10.5.Now his bike is almost perfect!130 still smooth,Mine 145 engine ardy roaring

how come when i press my front brake, it has no effect at all uh??i need to change my brake fluid or my brake pump got problem??any help?thanks

All RM600 i think.I'm not so good in guiding you there but from Larkin i do know the routes.Probably May or June go there to service my block and look2 cc the racing boy rims.Imagine 5 spoke 18 inch sport rims with sticker only RM130,Other shops i ask RM140-160!My mechanics is all from Kelantan.They will do anything except decarbonised pipe due to crowding.

bro ride@drive, ur post seems interesting.. my bike ader prob.. end last mth my piston seized.. went jb to one of the shop(kedai india) at lorong bapok then dier bukan, my piston calar teruk.. i say i nak standard mod skali.. i oso donoe aper dier buat.. dier skim block, change piston.. then semer da siap, baru2 jer sedap tapi now engine bunyi garau balik.. how eh??

Mintak maaf tapi kalau nak brg murah sikit pegi kempas.Lor Bapuk skrg i will avoid for high maintenance.Diorang punye ketuk tak agak2.Bayangkan gua bwk member JB plate pun dah ketuk apalagi seorang pegi.Your piston seized apa you buat drag ke test top?2T kalau kecik jgn drag banyak sangat,Piston rabak.Gua rasa block gua pun dah nak kena servis.Baru2 160 pun dpt skrg 140 dah mengaum.Bro kalau nak mod blok porting sikit,Piston beli baru tapi suruh kedai drill sikt 5 lubang jgn sampai tebuk.Buat mcm longkang jer supaya 2T sentiasa lekat kat salah satu lubang.Enjin msk bearing,Pakai clutch plate spring racing 2 biji ckp.Main sproket agak2 Moto SG ngan MY lain top speed bro,Diorang pakai 38 pun masih desut kita 38 nak lari mana?Pakai 40 dah cukup.Jetting tukar dan pakai ori 3bs standet pipe sua.Kat JB skrg dah tak musim sangat 2 stroke 125Z @ RXZ pakai pipe bising.Hati pun tak risau,Bukan ape terpulang masing2 tapi mechanic bnk ckp pipe bising cepat mkn piston ring.Kalau kita jenis rajin service enjin ok jugak.Untuk gua tak payah lah kalau Z gua tak dpt 180 janji dia pegi 150 enjin tak brapa melalak dan boleh maintain 110 smooth kat highway dah ckp.Engine oil pun takyah yang tipis2.15-50 pun dah okay jaga parts kat dlm tu kalau high speed yang penting jgn lokek pakai 2T bagus.Ade ape2 no gua 83222946 boleh deal biler nak gi.Gua bkn racer tapi adelah pengalaman pasal moto dan kete sikit2.

ingat! start pagi2 bukan masalah mainjet, yang tu pilot saja.. kalau top xde masalah maknanya mainjet tu dah ok!!

 

settle pilot je..

bila enjin dah warmup :-

1.tutup habis skru angin.

2.set rpm 3k (maintain), pastu

3.buka skru angin pelan2 sampai u dpt rpm yang paling tinggi

4. set idle speed

5.test ride, kalau enjin 'bog' tutup skru angin 1/2 pusingan

6.test ride, adjust sampai enjin x'bog' (1/2 pusingan setiap test run).

7.set idle speed.

beres..

 

kalau pikup ok, mid tak ok, tune neddle jet.

kalau top tak ok baru tune mainjet.

 

kalau untuk race, tune mainjet dulu, pastu neddlejet, pastu baru pilot Grin Grin

sori kalau info tak berkenaan sbb saya tak pernah pakai Rx

if it slippiing it effect, coz i had tat problem b4.... running at fast speed suddenly gt half clutch sound like tat.... if it loud bcoz of other problem , it does nt effect...tat my point of view...sori if wrong then...:angel:

hi guyz,

i got a prob over here. my new bike always need to use choke esp in the morning & even on evening after i finish skool...when to speedway & the mech says "new bike,need to get use to it. choke is there for a reason." isit true guyz? maybe if it isn't den i guess need to change the pilot jet isit? any idea to wad size it should be?

Setting Carburator

 

ingat! start pagi2 bukan masalah mainjet, yang tu pilot saja.. kalau top xde masalah maknanya mainjet tu dah ok!!

 

settle pilot je..

bila enjin dah warmup :-

1.tutup habis skru angin.

2.set rpm 3k (maintain), pastu

3.buka skru angin pelan2 sampai u dpt rpm yang paling tinggi

4. set idle speed

5.test ride, kalau enjin 'bog' tutup skru angin 1/2 pusingan

6.test ride, adjust sampai enjin x'bog' (1/2 pusingan setiap test run).

7.set idle speed.

beres..

 

kalau pikup ok, mid tak ok, tune neddle jet.

kalau top tak ok baru tune mainjet.

 

kalau untuk race, tune mainjet dulu, pastu neddlejet, pastu baru pilot Grin Grin

sori kalau info tak berkenaan sbb saya tak pernah pakai Rx

Kalo nak tau beza Ori ngan Local punye ...

 

1- Mud Guard Depan Ori = Takde kesan "Titik Kecik Bulat" pada tengah set ...

2- Tank Ori = Lekuk pada bahagian dalam kat depan tank "Cara nak cek - Masukkan jari ke dalam tank pastu try rasa

kat bahagian depan dalam tank .. Kalo ade lekuk .. makne Ori ... ke takde lekuk yang Ori

3- Fearing/Cover Depan = Belah dalam set takde "Garisan Lurus" dan kat tepi set takde layer (lapisan) " Set Ori Cume ade 1 lapisan

sahaja " ... Kalo pasang cover lampu depan tak longgar ...

4- Ekor Ori = Ade no kat belakang set ke kat dalam set tu ... try bukak set pastu tengok kat hujung tepi tu ...

Kalo pasang cover lampu brek standard @ "lampu brek 125z kristal" tak longgar ...

5- Meter Ori = Same cam Ekor jugak .. tengok betul-betul pada belah dalam kat tepi meter tu .. ade no siri

Kalo REM .. "pergerakan meter RPM same dengan bunyi enjin" .. Hmm .. camne nak cakap ek ..
