[sold] WTS: Hepco & Becker Xplorer top box with base plate.

Selling my about a year old silver 45L Xplorer top box with the base plate. Unfortunately, like most Xplorers they have a problem with the mounting point. Mine already has a crack but according to ah ann (bike fabricator) it can be fixed by changing the broken part with a stainless steel plate for about $150. The wire that prevents the over opening overtime frayed and in the end, it came off. Other than that, I haven't had any other problems.

 

I haven't got the time to send it for repair and since I got a new Krauser one now I've decided to sell it away at a cheap price. Base of my recent walkabout, the Krauser Xplorer brand new cost $450 without base plate. Hepco & Becker is about $500+ I've decided to sell away mine at $250 together with the base plate and back rest. Since I've already removed the base plate collection will only be at hougang.
