Been Really busy for the past few months.

Now bike back on sale.

 

A piece of collection, one of the best specification in 400 category.

Time to part with my beloved, for those who love the roar of v4 and tend to keep her well.

Problem free with healthy n smooth engine. Don miss this chance because u won't be spending as much as I did for other not so good ones.

Try to keep her mechanically as original as possible with some cosmetic changes.

Healthy, smooth, reliable and strong machine

Here are the list that I can remember of what I have done:

 

Engine. ($3500+)

front head cover

polish valve

replace worn shims

conrod bearing all 4 sets

crankshaft beari

Sprocket shaft and bearing with all seal( will cause leaking )

Piston ring all sets

Piston Pins

new Top and bottom gasket sets and all oil seals

New clutch plate

New side cover(right side)

Carburator serviced with all new fuel needle, and suction cap, and tunning

K&N air filter(customised)

 

Transmission, brake n suspension($2500+)

DID 525 gold chain

New sprocket front n back(original 38 teeth (Genuine from Honda, optional 40t available)

New brake disk front n back

New brake pad front n back

Service brake cylinder with new parts

New top fork bridge

New bottom fork bridge and cone bearings full sets

New fork tube (with brake mouting) x 2

New fork seal and oil

 

Electrical, and wiring ($1500+)

Brand new full wire harness with neccessary solenoid that eliminate all electrical problems.

New Rectifier

New starter relay

Battery changed

Koso Voltage meter

Brand New genuine head lamp set

New sets of Spark plug.

 

Cooling system ($1300+)(reduce heat substancially which is a common problem for a rvf)

Brand New Aluminium high volume Custom Radiator (upper and lower)

high pressure silicon tube (blue)

New fan switch(thermalstat)

changed all rusty metal pipe

Original radiator Cap (optional high pressure cap)

engine Ice

 

Exterior (3200++) accessories

Complete custom full fairing (optional design available, sell seperately)

New side mirror

New original side signal

New wing shield

New slider

New original throttle cable n clutch cable

New Tyre Menzler M3 with L shape fitter

New rear set

New clutch n brake level

Come with Yoshimura titanium exhuast with cert

HID set. 1 side
