Removal of exhaust stain marks

Currently having some stains on my bike's exhaust pipe due to melted canvas cover. Anyone knows where I can get these stains removed? Tried wax, doesn't help. Thanks!

Just curious, why specifically copper coin? The normal silver/steel coin doesn't work?

Actually, depends on how bad the stain. Can search u tube. Have to use stain remover, heat up pipes, use copper coin( coz soft metal,otherwise will scratch your pipes or wood)

I think I used Mr. Brasso or the other gel type one and rub like crazy.

copper is soft . I used a 5 pence copper coin , work like a charm. If you use polish solution be prepared to squat for a long long time.
