Update!

Email from Mr KC of Tristan Park

Hi Kenneth,

We have 14 bikes to cater to your group. Our bikes are:

Pitibkes

6 units of Lifan pitibkes

3 units of Motovert pitibkes

Full size dirtbikes

3 units of KTM

2 units of Ciniworx Trailbikes

The pitbikes are good for learning, full size dirtbikes are only for riders(people who know how to ride bike, license not a prerequisite)

Mr KC has mentioned to me over the phone that the full size dirtbikes are recommended for license holders and Pitbikes are recommended for learners (those who have never tried their hands at riding before). However, the pitbikes are also suitable for license holders.

BTW, we're not talking new bikes here (got no money to burn on new bikes) These guys are golden oldies, so the VFR is from 1997, the fazer is from 1998 and the GSXF is from 1996.

actually after viewing the photos, i change my choice to the Suzuki, because it's the same colour as your previous bike!

hmmm, choosing your bike on the basis of its colour?

Not so sure about that Zed - maybe I was always jealous of the red CBRs?

alright, if i have to be objective and scientific about this, i would need more details- price and mileage?

alright, if i have to be objective and scientific about this, i would need more details- price and mileage?

ok here's the deal:

suzuki: year 1996 milage 60k km price 1900 euro (4000 sgd)

yamaha: year 1998 milage 50k km price 2000 euro (4200 sgd)

honda: year 1997 milage 50k km price 2500 euro (5500 sgd)

All bikes are in good condition, no visible damage but some wear and tear that comes with age. In terms of condition, the fazer prolly looks best (looks like new almost) but the others don't look shabby either.

Some more details:

suzuki: in-line four; 92 HP @ 10400rpm; 231kg; top speed unknown

yamaha: in-line four; 95 HP @11500rpm; 190kg ; 225kph top speed

honda: V4; 105 HP ; 209kg; 240 kph top speed

enough details?

interesting. using a rational decision making method, i would say you chose the Yamaha.

1) it is the newest, with low mileage. yet not the most expensive.

2) specs wise it's not the lowest, but you have to shell out another $1000+ for the best (honda).

3) you seemed to express you interest in a special mention on the aesthetics (which is personal).

did i pick your brains?
